7 Steps to order
STEP 1
Send Inquiry
Send Inquiry to our company by email samitraaquarium@gmail.com or samitraaquarium.s@gmail.com or by Fax that show details of fish you want to order our code of products , size , and quantity (see details at our price list)
STEP 2
Porforma Invoice
We will check available and send you "Porforma Invoice" that show detail of fish cost ,freight charge , packing and shipping cost for you to check within 24 hours after you send inquiry
STEP 3
confirm & transfer
Customer "confirm order" and "transfer money" by T/T to our company account
STEP 4
confirm received
After bank confirm received we will start quarantine fish , send detail booking and prepare your documents.
STEP 5
Packing
Packing and send fish to the Airline on flight schedule.
STEP 6
Shipment
Send copy of all document for shipment to you by Email or Fax. and we will send conclusion invoice for show really cost for shipment.
STEP 7
Report
Customer send report of shipment. Afer you receive shipment within 24 hours if on the shipment have some DOA, please take photo and send us detail for compensate (only fish cost)
Noted :
- Please send order at least 6 boxes. (100 kgs. up) to safe your freight charge
- Please give us excatly detail of destination airport and period date you need shipment for send detail when booking.
- Freight Charge are based on the actual charge from the airline and freight forwarder which we shall not consider this charge as our profit.
